What You Need:
  • 3-5 years of experience in an FDA regulated manufacturing environment.
  • 3 years in quality assurance or quality control.
  • Experience in a cGMP environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a science discipline preferred.

What Your Role Will Look Like:

The Quality Assurance Supervisor, under the direction of the Senior Quality Assurance Manager, oversees Quality Assurance Generalists and Label Issuance. This role is responsible for managing the daily operations, techniques, and activities essential to meeting the Quality Assurance standards for products and services.
  • Monitoring QAG and production processes.
  • Managing Label Cage operations and personnel.
  • Collaborating with Production Supervisors to resolve production issues.
  • Evaluating SOPs.
  • Monitoring environmental conditions records and addressing deviations.
  • Ensuring compliance with cGMP requirements, government regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Conducting investigations, assessing and closing deviations, and evaluating their impact on product quality, safety, and purity.
  • Reviewing PMs, Pest Control, Calibration records, etc.
  • Coordinating with Production, New Product Development, and other departments to stay informed about Quality Systems activities.
  • Ensuring product quality and compliance with government regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Implementing processes to ensure compliance with government regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Being available to work varying shift hours as needed.
  • Effectively communicating with other departments and operating within a team environment.
