Our client has an immediate need for an MTS Cloud Migration Specialist
Requirements:
Associate's degree in Computer Science or a related field
2-4 years of experience
Experience with Money Transfer System (MTS) (ACI Worldwide product)
Experience with Java (Specifically Java 8)
Experience with Linux Stack and Oracle Databases
Experience with Cloud Migration: Moving wire platform to AWS
Knowledge of the full software development lifecycle: from business/systems analysis, through requirements gathering and functional specification authoring, to development, testing and delivery
Ability to troubleshoot issues and make system changes as needed to resolve issue
Knowledge of computer hardware and software
Experience with MQ Connectivity and APIs is a plus
Responsibilities:
Creating the software platform, and then fine-tuning the final program after it has been made
Reviewing and approving the development of software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcomes and consequences of design
Counseling engineering staff on hardware and software, and directing staff to develop specifications and performance requirements and resolve customer problems
Advising customers about the maintenance of software systems
Developing and directing software system testing and validation procedures
Informing customers or other departments on project status, proposals, and technical issues such as software system design and maintenance
Directing software programming and development of documentation
