W2 Contract Right to HireCandidates Local to the St. Louis, Missouri area Only PleaseMainly REMOTE, but may need to come into the office for meetings at timesRate: $70-75/hr. with benefits Program Manager: We are looking for 10 years of Program/Project Management experienceExperience with Infrastructure ProjectsProjects with exposure to CyberSecurity aspects Must have STRONG experience with executive PowerPoint PresentationsSix Sigma/Process ImprovementOCM or Prosci is a big plusRequired:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related work experience
- 10+ Years in a Program/Project management position
- Hands-on experience in managing complex, technical projects
- Strong experience with PowerPoint presentations
Preferred:
- PMP, CSM or other relevant professional designation
- Six Sigma or other process improvement training
- OCM (Organizational Change Management) Prosci certification
SKILLS:Required:
- Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Excel
- Intermediate project management skills
- Ability to be flexible when needed, take initiative, and demonstrate accountability
- Strong oral and written communication skills demonstrating ability to share and impart knowledge
- Keen understanding of project dependencies and program interdependencies
- Ability to quickly adapt to new methods and work under tight deadlines
- Highly advanced ability to manage & prioritize multiple projects and teams simultaneously in accordance with goals
- Advanced investigative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and also coordinate activities of a team
- Highly advanced ability to translate business needs and problems into viable/accepted solutions
- Ability to conceptualize and design multiple ideas/solutions for projects
- Highly advanced ability to liaise with individuals across a wide variety of operational, functional, and technical disciplines
- Highly advanced persuasion and negotiation skills when working with internal and external customers
Preferred:- Experience with Project Management Office and/or PMO delivery models
