HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Provide Level 1 & Level 2 support for our integrated e-commerce and point-of-sale (POS) platforms.
Train and support internal teams (Retail, Marketing, Compliance, Operations) on using these platforms effectively.
Troubleshoot data and system issues, identifying basic user errors and escalating complex problems.
Collaborate with vendors and internal IT to resolve critical issues.
Develop and deliver training programs for new platform functionalities.
Participate in testing software upgrades and assist with new feature implementations.
Identify operational challenges and recommend improvements for increased efficiency.
ARE YOU AN E-COMMERCE PRODUCT SUPPORT ROCK STAR?
Experience: Mid-Senior level experience with e-commerce platforms, system integrations, and ideally, experience in the Alternative Medicine industry.
Skills: Strong technical skills with Microsoft products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Excellent communication (written and oral), presentation skills, and the ability to create training materials. Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Qualities: Self-starter with a collaborative spirit. Thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at meeting deadlines. Highly organized and comfortable working with all levels of management.
Additional Information:
A cannabis industry background and understanding of retail operations (inventory, customer transactions, POS) are a plus.
