Description:
Job Title: Production Supervisor
Overview: The Production Supervisor will oversee the daily processing of raw materials to finished products. This role will collaborate with various departments to meet processing demands and ensure quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate processing operations.
- Detail work orders and daily run sheets
- Provide leadership to ensure quality, food safety, and team member safety
- Monitor operations to evaluate yields, efficiency, and product quality
- Coordinate with maintenance and outside vendors to ensure facility maintenance and sanitation
- Foster a safe work environment and ensure compliance with applicable laws and standards
- Supervise 2-3 leads and 20-25 team members
- Knowledgeable with Lean manufacturing
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in manufacturing or food processing industry
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- HACCP certification preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
