Salary: $45.00 USD Hourly - $50.00 USD Hourly

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Sr. Tax Filing Delivery Manager to join their team. This is a very exciting opportunity to join a growing company with many opportunities for advancement.




Overview:




Manage and supervise the daily administration of tax filing delivery for designated legal entities, ensuring adherence to tax jurisdiction guidelines. Lead a team to provide efficient client delivery within Tax Filing Shared Services, while actively addressing client concerns and fostering team development. This role requires proactive management of client accounts to prevent escalations and continuous improvement of tax filing processes.




Responsibilities:




Ensure overall client satisfaction and timely delivery of tax filing services.




Serve as the primary contact for resolving client escalations promptly and accurately.




Monitor tasks for trends and areas of improvement, implementing necessary changes.




Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and communicate findings for process enhancement.




Lead initiatives to improve tax filing processes and collaborate with other Alight domains for seamless client delivery.




Communicate complex issues to clients and provide timely updates.




Facilitate resolution of compliance and regulatory issues, escalating when necessary.




Analyze metrics to identify opportunities for process enhancement and ensure closure of process gaps.




Provide guidance and expertise to associates and clients on tax filing matters.




Collaborate with Client and Payroll Client teams on tax filing-related issues.




Mentor team members, manage performance, and provide necessary training.




Coordinate Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) development and maintenance.




Oversee delivery operations and ensure accuracy and timeliness in tax filing.




Review and approve checklists, coordinate testing for interface updates, and manage EFT setup.




Communicate agency registration statuses and penalty/interest reports to clients.




Support testing and onboarding of new clients as required.




Utilize tax knowledge and experience for effective problem-solving.







Qualifications:
*Master Tax experience is a must
*Knowledge of amendments required.
*Must be client facing and be able to manage a small team




Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll tax filing or related field.




Advanced understanding of payroll, tax regulations, and legislative guidelines preferred.




Strong verbal and written communication skills.




Experience in client interaction and management.




Prior experience in people management.




Proficiency in computer skills and technical knowledge.




Master Tax experience and familiarity with ADP Smart Compliance desired.
