Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Customer Success Manager in Concord, MA.


Skills & Requirements


Sales Generation
• Engage in the upselling process, by communicating the value proposition of services and
products that a customer does not currently use.
• Become familiar with Systems largest customer for the majority of upsell opportunities.
• Make high level SaaS module presentations to customers.
• Maintain meeting notes, new Upselling Deals, etc.... in ZOHO CRM.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders.
• Upsell sales goals to be established.


Strengthen Customer Relationships
• Collaborate with other team members for proper introductions to specific key contacts with assigned customers, especially largest customer.
• Before engagement with each customer review their current activity with.
• Review the VA Customer Profile and VA Master Contract Tracking Excel
• Review the Customer's Logbook Details
• Gain customer insights from other employees.
• Develop methods to approach each customer with consistent messaging and specific plan.
• Coordinate efforts with project managers.
• Understand customer issues and ensure that personnel are aware and in some cases engaged with correcting customer issues to their satisfaction.
• Communicate customer ideas or recommendations for products, services, or process improvements that would strengthen with customers.
• This position reports to the CRO and is considered vital to the company's success
