Job Purpose/Overview To provide the Skills and Knowledge by Designing, Developing, Administering, and Facilitating "World Class" training for Associates to improve their technical skills and performance. Key Responsibilities
Education & Training pillar team member and essential element owner
Develop & monitor the on boarding program at the site to include new hire orientation and 30-60-90 process
Maintain & analyze the Skills Matrix - update, identify skills gaps, plan, and deliver training to reduce the skills gaps leveraging current ways of working (FMOS, MSE)
Coordinate, communicate & assist in execution of site Training Plan
Administrator for various training platforms (SharePoint, POKA, etc.)
Preparation for and successful completion of audits (external and internal audits) related to training and knowledge assessment
Coordinate and assist in creation or updating of training materials (OPL/SWI) as needed
Coordinate with Safety, Quality, Pillar Teams and Value Streams to determine & ensure program compliance in all aspects of training & documentation
Track ongoing production & equipment changes to ensure all training documentation & practices are effectively communicated & up-to-date
Administer virtual, classroom & on-the-job training & assessments in support of department training program objectives
Perform other training related job duties as assigned

Develop Role Profiles, Step Up Cards and Skills Matrices
Understanding of knowledge/skills/performance-based programs along with proven leadership skills
Teach, coach and assessment of E&T Methodology
Making and submitting reports to the stakeholder groups in the prescribed format
Evaluate training effectiveness methodology
Coordinate all equipment upgrades/installations by updating training manuals/documents
Use company software to interact with training team members and all stakeholders
Skilled in interviewing Subject-Matter-Experts and Master Performers to obtain information
Job Specifications/Qualifications High school diploma/GED and 4 or more years training experience in a manufacturing environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience completing full training cycles (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate) Ability to understand complex processes & interact with multiple teams to ensure appropriate content for audience when creating training documents Ability to collaborate in a team environment Pro-active team player who thinks ahead, plans, and suggests solutions Ability to work with minimal supervision Positive attitude toward change
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Management, or a related technical field and/or 5+ years of experience in a related role
