Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Project Management Specialist to join our dynamic team in Ogden, UT.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Directly responsible for maintaining a property management process that adheres to, and is compliant with, FAR 52.245-1/DFARS 252.211-7007, to include property disposition and removal in accordance with USAF/DLA standard practice
  • Supports the USAF Precision Measurement Equipment Laboratory (PMEL) by managing LMTF equipment and ensuring adherence to scheduled inspections.
  • Serves as PMEL liaison between USAF and LMTF
  • Supports operations team with inventory and supply management, escorting of subcontractors, and other duties as assigned
  • Conducts internal property audits, develops, recommends, and implements property process improvements including documenting and maintaining property management SOPs.
  • Delivers necessary administrative tasks to include Plan of Action & Milestones POA&Ms development, implementation and status checks, SOPs, process flows, and other key process documentation, and documentation of items such as meeting agendas/minutes, presentations, white papers, and etc.
  • Supporting financial statement audits; to include preparing for an audit (audit readiness), and/or supporting the audit event
  • Manages shipping and tracking of parts sent offsite for calibration and repair


This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • Experience in program or project management
  • Experience with critical business and financial acumen including risk, issue, and opportunity management to drive performance
  • 1+ years' experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with stakeholders (i.e. customers, suppliers, peers and/or partners)


Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Experience in Operations and/or Production


Typical Education & Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience , 7 years' related work experience, etc.).

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: USD $68,850 - $93,150
