Job Description: Agency Onsite Coordinator
Position Summary: The Agency Lead serves as the primary agency representative, overseeing the coordination and management of agency workers engaged in corn sorting operations at client location. This role involves ensuring smooth shift transitions, managing breaks, handling worker concerns, and acting as the key liaison between client staff and agency personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate agency workers' start and stop times, breaks, and resolve any on-site complaints.
- Act as the main point of contact for agency employees regarding work-related issues and concerns.
- Assist in maintaining accurate timesheets and ensuring compliance with lunch and break schedules.
- Monitor absenteeism and promptly escalate any attendance issues, complaints, or injuries to the client Supervisor.
- Fill in as needed for corn sorting tasks to maintain operational efficiency.
Additional Job Details:

Weekly Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 6:00am to approximately 6:00pm, with at least one day off per week. -
Work Environment: Climate controlled but potentially loud; ear protection provided. -
Dress Code: Closed-toe shoes and long pants required; short sleeve shirts permitted. -
Safety Requirements: Safety glasses, gloves, and additional PPE provided; no driving required. -
Qualifications: Previous team leadership experience preferred (1-2 years), strong attendance and communication skills, basic math proficiency, and reliable transportation. -
Language Skills: Bilingual abilities (especially Spanish) advantageous but not mandatory. -
Interview Process: Face-to-face interview with client Harvest Manager; resume required. -
Special Considerations: Drug screening and background check mandatory prior to employment.
