Our client is a premier general contractor that specialize in federal buildings. An excellent opportunity has opened up for an experienced Superintendent for a $27M project in Mammoth Lakes.
New construction of a 16,125 sf civic center including a council chamber, main entrance lobby, public restrooms, associated utility restrooms, one open stair, one stairwell, and one elevator. Site improvements include new landscaping, concrete and asphalt paving, with 63 parking stalls and 12 street parking spots. Includes EV and accessible parking.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day field operations of construction projects and provide oversight and coordination of work between trades
Requires a proven record of managing complex projects with multiple subcontractors and trades
Strong construction knowledge and ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawings. Dimension/layout verification
Must maintain strong professional collaboration with Project Managers, Architects, Clients and/or Client Representatives
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent
OSHA 30 required, Cal/OSHA is a plus
Must demonstrate proficiency in reading commercial construction plans and specifications
Valid Driver's License
Procore or similar software knowledge
