ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (include the following, but not limited to):
Design and deliver targeted solutions with a high degree of focus on scale and growth, including strategic planning, visioning, talent assessment, change management and team building
Provide strategic business partnership, thought partnership, and coaching to all levels of the organization
Proactively assess team, manager, and organizational development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions
Provide rigorous data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs
Drive talent management strategies to support a team's growth and individual development plans
Manage and facilitate the overall Performance Summary Cycle and employee engagement survey throughout the year
Integrate and partner with HR colleagues in the Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Compensation, and People Insight teams to implement solutions and help scale the business
Partner closely with Head of HR Operations on strategy and execution
Supporting employee relations issues as needed
Design and facilitate team and offsite meetings as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION and/or CERTIFICATION:
Associate Degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience.
Human Resources Certification, SHRM, CEBS, CCP or additional related training preferred.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:
Basic understanding of human resource and payroll functions.
Knowledge of all related computer applications.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
3+ years' experience in an HR Business Partner or equivalent role, supporting multiple business units
Full-cycle recruitment experience
Experience using data to identify insights that drive action
Demonstrated experience in influencing and strategically solving problems
Experience supporting technical teams
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Experience with Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA) / Unionized Employees
SKILLS and/or ABILITIES:
Demonstrates solid judgment and experience assessing risk relative to the business
Effective communication and critical thinking skills
Demonstrates empathy and experience driving inclusion work
Demonstrates project management and change management experience
Demonstrated experience learning and thriving in a constantly changing environment and ability to cultivate relationships across teams
Consulting, coaching and facilitation skills
PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES AND REQUIREMENTS OF THIS POSITION:
Sedentary work; sitting most of the time in an office environment. Some filing is required. This would require the ability to move files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand, as necessary.
TRAVEL
Must be able to travel occasionally to domestic and/or international sites.
