Contracts Paralegal at Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC in Cambridge, Massachusetts

Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a Contracts Paralegal with exposure to IP, contracts, or corporate. It's preferred that candidates hold 5+ years of experience, bio-tech experience a plus. This is a hybrid position located in Cambridge, MA.


The anticipated duration is six months and there is strong possibility that they will be asked to join as an FTE after at least 4 months. They are also open to bringing in a candidate who is only interested in long term temp as well.


Payrate $50-$55.


Some aspects of the job.

• Proficiency in word, Excel and power point a must. Exposure to contract management database such as Agiloft or a similar type of CLM package a plus.


• 
  Areas of support include, contract review, risk management, corporate governance, litigation and IP.
  


• In house experience preferred but not necessary.


• Someone willing to learn new skills and work with limited supervision desired


• In office 50% of the time required.
