Kimberly-Clark is looking for an ambitious, self-driven and talented individual to lead our Capabilities team for Enterprise Supply Chain. The Capability Leader will be accountable for leading the development and deployment of the Enterprise Supply Chain Capability strategy (in partnership with global business leaders) to support ESC strategies. Through partnering with key stakeholders, the ESC Capability Director will innovate and leverage best practices to create an integrated talent management framework and design a compelling employee value proposition aligned to the strategic business goals.






Role Accountabilities



  • Lead the development of an Enterprise Supply Chain Capability Building strategy that will positively impact team results, thereby unleashing the full engagement and enablement of all team members. in Supply Chain

  • Partner with segment leadership to identify and understand current capability gaps across the enterprise.

  • Align and influence resource allocation to execute against the Capability Building strategy.

  • Translate the SC Capabilities Strategies into programs that meet the intended objectives of those strategies and partner with key segment stakeholders to develop a roadmap to implement.

  • Collaborate with both senior leaders and capability leaders across the enterprise to ensure a cohesive strategy is in place by segment that follows the established global framework.

  • Establish the governance framework needed to effectively manage the portfolios including roles and responsibilities, business processes, rules of engagement, service offerings, program evaluation frameworks, reporting dashboards, toolkits, blended learning materials and educational resources for employees at all levels.

  • Lead and execute change management efforts as it relates to ESC Capability Building

  • Develop and establish the governance framework for reporting and critical KPI's required to track the effectiveness of programs, realization of program outcomes, return on investment and recommendations for continuous improvement, sustainability of programs and capability uplift and lead the check and adjust activities to continuously improve the Capability building strategy to meet business and people development needs.

  • Ensure Enterprise Supply Chain is prepared to manage knowledge and capability gaps by identifying current and future, technical and behavioral capability requirements and that sustainable programs are in place to ensure we are in a continual state of readiness and learning.

  • Build curricula and training materials for management and leadership development programs that promote leadership capabilities based on effectiveness needs and are aligned with the Ways of Working (WOW) taking into consideration regional/geographical requirements.






Basic Qualifications



  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Human Resources, Organizational Development, Leadership, Operations, etc.).

  • 10+ years of Supply Chain, and/or Training & Capability Development, along with a minimum of 3+ years of broad experience in Training and Development, Organizational Leadership/Design or a closely related field.

  • Proven ability to establish strong, effective cross-functional network across the enterprise with the ability to influence and collaborate with Senior level leadership.

  • Excellent influencing and communication (oral and written) skills with the ability to interact and build relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders including executive leadership.

  • Strong project management experience across culture and geographies

  • Be a strong strategic and conceptual thinker with a 'hands-on' focus.

  • Proven experience in designing an integrated talent and performance management framework, inclusive of strategic workforce planning, business planning and budget process.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, ability to influence and manage a range of senior stakeholders to shape and implement strategy.

  • Prior experience of designing and developing capability frameworks and development approaches that are aligned to business needs.

  • Occasional global travel may be required to support the business (up to 25%)
