Summary:


An Administrative Support professional is crucial to the office's daily functions. Excelling in this position would require fast learning, a strong ability to problem solve in different circumstances and a keen tracking of improving current processes.


What You'll Do:



  • Perform auditing of accounts.

  • Answer incoming phone inquiries regarding customer accounts, including billing and invoice questions.

  • Enter customer information/job information into customer database.

  • Provide customers with information and assistance when required.

  • Compile information for department managers as needed.

  • Reach out to customers when jobs bill.

  • Review accounts receivables.

  • Follow up on failed payments with ACH customers.

  • Other duties as assigned.


What You'll Need:



  • High School or Associates or Better

  • 2-4 Years Administrative Experience

  • 1-3 Years - Customer Service

  • Office Environment

  • Phone Etiquette

  • Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Billing and Invoicing Experience

  • Data Entry

  • Problem Solving

  • Attention to Detail

  • Team Player

  • Ability to Work Independently
