Job Description:

Zurich is currently hiring a Premium Audit Reviewer II to join their TOC Reviewer team! We are currently open to hiring talent in the following location: Schaumburg, IL. In this role you will process Audit Recaps for various Zurich Business Units and lines of business such as: Workers Compensation, Business Auto, General Liability, etc. Your primary area of responsibility will be to determine additional premiums or return premiums in accordance with National/ State/local regulations and/or Company guidelines and standards.

In this role you will be responsible for:


  • Analyzes existing data, policy and audit documentation, industry and statutory materials and claims and enters relevant items into Premium Audit system.

  • Accurate execution and understanding of basic math calculations with attention to detail.

  • Consults with Premium Auditor/Supervisor to research details of particular audits.

  • Finalizes accurate audit statement that complies with company and bureau regulations. Self-check work to ensure accuracy

  • Stays abreast of current regulations by reading and maintaining any technical documentation/correspondence. Be self-driven to research, learn, and apply those learnings.

  • Resolves business partner and customer inquiries.

  • Working for speed as well as quality excellence

  • Participating as a team player by providing positive and constructive feedback, sharing information with the team, joining or leading an RCPS or TOC Pake session, pitching in to help where needed, and communicating well with others.

Basic Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma or Equivalent and 3 or more years of experience in the Audit area

    OR

  • Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and 1 or more years of experience in the Audit area

Preferred Qualifications:


  • 2 or more years of insurance industry experience

  • 3 or more years of premium audit experience, rating, coding or a combination of both

  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills

  • Understanding of basic math, addition, subtraction, percentages, decimals, division, debits, credits

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
