Job Description:

Central Orange County Property Management Company has an opening for an Office Assistant.


Duties:


Answer incoming calls


- Respond and address owners questions, concerns and request


- General data entry


- Analyze/ Investigate Information


- Communication with Internal Departments and Owners


Data Entry background


Must be organized and detailed.


Onsite, Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm


Must have worked in an office setting environment.
