We are partnered with a Utilities firm that is looking to add a Client Services Coordinator to join their Service Department Team. Your primary focus will be communicating with technicians to coordinate job site visits! The ideal candidate is someone who works well in a fast paced environment with strong communication skills.
Maintain open line of communication with clients about the timeline of project completion
Manage any necessary rescheduling of appointments
Coordinate job site arrival and departures
Coordinate with subcontracts for technicians
Manage incoming service calls
Assist teams and crews with prepping for their day
Manage materials and ensure they are available as necessary for upcoming jobs
Track trucks
Requirements:
High School Diploma
Mechanical background or service related industry background (Required)
Computer skills: Microsoft Office + Quickbooks
Ability to Multi-Task and work in a fast paced environment
