Shipping & Receiving Specialist



Ultimate Staffing is in search of candidates for a Shipping and Receiving Specialist with a growing company located in Raleigh.

This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position - Monday through Friday - 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.


Pay rate is $20 - $23 Depending on experience. MUST HAVE minimum 3 years' experience full cycle shipping experience, domestic and international.



Job Duties:

• Manages the shipment (international and domestic) of all products, materials and supplies.


• Schedule shipments and create BOL's


• Completes and files all related documentation.


• Collaborates and communicates with management and customer service regarding the shipment of products.


• Tracks, traces and updates the status of shipments.


• Maintains daily logs and reports


• Communicates with vendors and customers as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years experience with domestic and international shipments.


• Experience with UPS, FedEx, and DHL


• Experience scheduling shipments and creating BOL's
