1) Complete the pre-sale and in-sale training and Q&A of the product
2) Complete the technical support of product after-sales;
3) Regularly do product drills for customers or agents;
4) Product promotion in overseas markets;
5) Assist R&D engineers to do basic testing work;
6) Comply with the company's management regulations and operation manuals.
Job description
1. Responsible for the testing and verification of products in the Italy;
2. Responsible for the collation and summary of technical support and related data for after-sales maintenance;
3. Responsible for the support of product clinical verification;
4. Collect feedback information on the use of products;
5. Assist the sales team with other issues.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in science and engineering;
2. More than two years of technical support and after-sales service experience in the medical industry, familiar with ventilator oxygen machine products is preferred;
3. Normal oral English communication, good reading and writing skills, with study and life experience in the United States and Europe is preferred;
4. Able to work abroad for a long time;
5. Have good technical document writing ability, strong ability to work under pressure, and have strong communication awareness and ability.
