This is a full-time role as a General Manager at Pink's Window Services in Dallas, TX. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, setting performance goals, implementing strategies to improve efficiency and profitability, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The General Manager will also be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and maintaining excellent relationships with residential and commercial clients.

Join our team at Pink's as a GM and help this exciting team, working with clients to make their windows spotless! You will contribute to and lead a fun, fast-growing team while making an excellent reputation within the Pink's territory among its customers. This Dallas-based business will follow an already successful model created in Austin, with the full and ongoing support, infrastructure, and guidance of the founding team that built the company. Our primary service is both residential and commercial window cleaning, with additional offerings that include power/pressure washing and gutter cleaning.
The General Manager position is a "boots on the ground" role that will require servant leadership. This position will have you leading multiple crew's as they go out and fulfill jobs with excellence. The role will also require you to maintain excellent customer service. You will also gain access to incredible sales training which will contribute to our ability to establish our client base in Dallas.
No prior experience in window cleaning or service industries is necessary. We are looking for passionate, energetic and charismatic individuals who excel at leading and motivating a crew of men & women and can promote the company's vision and culture of customer service perfection with unique and memorable branding.
