Provide quality control and daily coordination at project sites
Attend job meetings and develop meeting minutes
Conduct daily inspections and documentation
Review and coordinate change orders
Coordinate occupancy and move-in processes
Ensure a full-time or daily presence on site
Correct and organize reports on all on-site matters, including third-party inspections/test reports, progress, safety concerns, and causes for delay
Maintain and distribute submittals to subcontractors and owners
Maintain and distribute RFIs (Requests for Information)
Maintain and distribute drawings and specifications
Implement quality assurance standards
Document and distribute deficient items caught by the Quality Control Engineer (QCE)
Execute the safety plan and assist the QCE in executing the quality control plan
Manage on-site material logistics
Record daily labor headcount by trade/subcontractor for input into the Superintendent's daily log
Take, date, and label job photos
Document delays in coordination with the Assistant Project Manager (APM)
Facilitate subcontractor meeting packages
Maintain the field office wall and job-site files, documents, reports, and daily log
Prepare periodic reports and attend all job-site meetings with the project manager and/or Jobsite superintendent
Perform related duties as assigned
Exhibit excellent written and oral communication skills and establish and maintain professional working relationships
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
