Director of Functional Fitness
The Godspeed Director of Functional Fitness sets the standard in Adult Health and Performance by leading a Godspeed campus in restoring function and optimizing performance. The Director of Functional Fitness sets the high standard of performance and opportunity achieved through leadership built on its own standard of excellence. Roles and Responsibilities:
Coach - (4) classes daily
Program - Plan, Design, Educate and Implement Adult Functional Fitness yearly programming
Member/Staff Management - Functional Fitness Program and Staff budget, programming, scheduling, and education
Market - Market Functional Fitness Program through Social Media, Website Blogs, and In house Workshops
Sell - Lead Adult Functional Fitness Sales through lead acquisition and closing
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree
CPR / AED / First Aid - Certified
Communication Skills
Awareness and Information Retention Ability
Passion to Serve and Grow others
Preferred (but not mandatory):
Strength & Conditioning experience of 2+ years
Crossfit / Weightlifting Experience of 2+ years
NSCA - CSCS - Certified
Crossfit Level 1 and/or 2 - Certified
ON Base University / EXOS / CFSC - Certification
College or High School - Scholar Athlete experience (played sports)

Salary - $65,000+ (based on years experience, certifications, population(s))
