I'm writing to inform you that one of my client companies, a wealth management firm in Boston, is seeking a Compliance Associate. This is an impactful, multi- discipline role which will enable the selected individual to work closely on all aspects of the firm's compliance program with the CCO. The selected individual will also have the opportunity to perform a wider array of duties including client/ performance reporting, preparing client materials for meetings/ portfolio reviews, performing ongoing portfolio administration, addressing client/ portfolio inquires, etc.
In summary, this role is a FANTASTIC opportunity for a candidate who offers 3+ years of experience in the Compliance function who is seeking to bolster knowledge in this space, as well as performing tasks outside the Compliance function to enhance his/her overall knowledge of business operations.
Compensation includes a base salary in the $85K- $130K range, depending on experience, plus bonus and a full suite of benefits
