Perform routine and extensive range of work in the repair and general maintenance of the water treatment plant facilities, buildings, and equipment under general supervision. Execute work within established procedures and processes under both verbal and written instructions.
Responsibilities
Performing repairs or general maintenance work on SWDs OHFs, pipelines, and wellheads.
Installing and/or maintaining instrument calibration, motor controls, meters, etc.
Performing routine maintenance and repairs of mechanical, and control problems of valves, pumps, and motors.
Resolution of difficult non-routine problems, as well as routine issues, promptly with appropriate urgency.
Knowledge of SCADA systems.
Develop and maintain a Preventive Maintenance Program.
Perform all routine facility maintenance, and coordinate and manage outside contractors for maintenance purposes.
Qualifications
Education requirements HS diploma or equivalent.
10+ years of total working experience.
Minimum 10 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
Must have excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks and meet short deadlines.
Willing to work after hours as needed to meet deadlines.
On-call availability.
Continuing development in functional/technical skills
Adapts well to changes in responsibilities and workloads.
Good problem-solving and time-management skills.
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Comfortable in a dynamic, start-up environment.
Experience within the Permian Basin is preferred
Familiar with oilfield terminology and operations
Certifications/Licenses
Candidates must possess a valid driver's license with no restrictions that would prohibit driving a company vehicle.
