I have recently been mandated by a 200+ head Global retained Search firm who are looking for a Practice Lead in Boston to expand their presence in the US. The firm operates on 1 Global P&L with a huge emphasis on global collaboration as a fundamental aspect of how they operate.
Open to looking at their strongest existing verticals, the ideal candidate will have a background in Life Science, Healthcare, Consumer & Retail, or Industrial. To be successful within the role, research support and travel/BD costs are covered by the house.
You will have the opportunity to come in as a Client Partner/Practice Lead to begin to grow out the practice from both a client and a team perspective. They are looking to hire from the top down to focus on growth in the region and then to build out the team nationally. Development within this role is vast with the longer term goal for the right person to become a Head in the US.
Ideal Profile
10 Years + Executive Search Experience
Retained experience/ Origination focused
Strong billing background between $500,000 - $1,000,000
