Job Description: Within the workflow department, provide assistance to a group of job coordinators through the analysis of service requests, ensuring that the appropriate scope of work is assigned for the issue at hand. Provide guidance regarding necessary actions for each job, considering all relevant factors such as trade requirements, customer specifications, location limitations, and vendor constraints..

Responsibilities
  1. Analyze customer information:
  • Gather and review customer requests, complaints, and desired outcomes.
  • Assess the situation to determine the nature and extent of the problem.
  • Collaborate with the customer to clarify their needs and expectations.
  1. Determine job direction:
  • Develop a plan of action based on the customer's input and the evaluation of the situation.
  • Identify the tasks, resources, and timeline required to resolve the issue.
  • Prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact on the customer.
  1. Assign trades:
  • Identify the appropriate trades (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical) needed to complete the job.
  • Consider the scope of work, technical expertise required, and availability of resources.
  1. Design scope of work:
  • Develop a detailed scope of work outlining the tasks, materials, and procedures required to complete the job.
  • Ensure that the scope of work is clear, concise, and aligns with the customer's expectations.
  • Update the scope of work as needed based on initial assessments, work progress, and unforeseen circumstances.
  1. Consult with subcontractors:
  • Collaborate with third-party subcontractors to obtain their recommendations and expertise.
  • Evaluate the proposed scope of work provided by subcontractors to ensure it is appropriate, comprehensive, and cost-effective.
  • Communicate directly with subcontractors to clarify expectations, address concerns, and ensure effective coordination.
  1. Coordinate and manage projects:
  • Oversee the project from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to the scope of work.
  • Provide onsite/virtual supervision to monitor the progress of work, address any issues or deviations, and ensure quality control.
  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including customers, subcontractors, and suppliers, to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Capable of performing handyman tasks when required.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma
  • Background in construction/maintenance repairs is a MUST
  • Willing and able to work and collaborate in an office environment
  • Logical reasoning/Critical thinking
  • Ability to travel and must have a valid drivers license
