Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Program Coordinator at Foundation For C.H.O.I.C.E. in Plano, TX. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating program activities, ensuring effective communication with mentors and mentees, providing exceptional customer service, and overseeing program development and projects. The Program Coordinator will play a crucial role in helping at-risk youth achieve college and career readiness through the mentoring program.

Program Management and Project Management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer service skills
Experience in program development
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Knowledge of youth education and college readiness programs
Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Work, or related field
