About the opportunity:
We are seeking a results-driven Partnerships Coordinator to join our Brand Marketing Team! In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Partnerships Team in managing the affiliate program, product seeding and identifying new on-brand creators for organic and paid campaigns.
Location: Ideally located in Minneapolis, MN area, but open to remote.
Some of your contributions include:
Manage product seeding for evergreen campaigns, seasonal mailers and product launches
Nurture the Branch Basics Affiliate Program in Grin to drive revenue and increase engagement across affiliates
Monitor incoming influencer inquiries via the collaborations email, GRIN applicants and social DM's
Identify and reach out to potential influencers for organic and paid media content campaigns
What You've Done:
Experience in influencer marketing, preferably in the health and wellness industry
Experience developing and managing a network of affiliate partnerships
Experience in sourcing new, relevant, upcoming talent
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience working with influencer management platforms (Grin, AspireIQ, LTK, etc.)

You are obsessed with the creator industry, pop culture and social media!
You are passionate about Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.
You are up to date on industry trends and best practices to drive growth in influencer and affiliate marketing
Highly self motivated and innovative
Willing to roll up your sleeves and dig in where needed
Have a genuine interest in living a clean lifestyle and curiosity in learning more about it
Bonus if you have experience in influencer events and pop-ups!
Travel required
