We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a System Administrator in Carlsbad, CA. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services for end-users, working primarily with Microsoft, and Active Directory applications. The role requires strong communication skills as it involves direct client interaction.
Responsibilities: • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming helpdesk queries related to system issues, software problems, and hardware faults. • Efficiently manage and maintain Microsoft 365 applications, specifically Exchange Online, Defender (Email protection), Entra ID Premium. • Oversee the maintenance of servers and cloud applications in Microsoft, ensuring their optimal performance. • Troubleshoot system malfunctions and hardware problems, aiming to resolve issues before they need to be escalated to the next level project team. • Utilize your professional experience with Citrix Technologies and Database management for problem-solving. • Assist in the management of Active Directory and computer hardware. • Provide deskside support for end-users, ensuring a smooth and efficient service. • Proactively monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments. • Handle customer credit inquiries professionally and in a timely manner. • Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently, maintaining accurate customer credit records. • Proficiency in Citrix Technologies • Familiarity with Database management • Competency in Microsoft products including Microsoft 365 Enterprise • Knowledge and experience in Active Directory • Understanding of Computer Hardware systems • Ability to provide Deskside Support • Strong problem-solving skills • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to work in a team and independently • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and systems • Relevant experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
