As the Program Manager, you will supervise a team of staff members to deliver high-quality case management, engage in impactful programming, and achieve grant and contractual goals
Responsibilities
Assist the Director of Programs in developing programs and meeting grant compliance goals
Supervise assigned staff, including providing clinical supervision hours for BBS-registered staff and interns
Ensure that Case Managers complete quality documentation in the electronic health record
Monitor client caseloads to ensure timely entry of bio-psychosocial assessments, individualized service plans, consents, and progress notes
Plan and implement clinical training for staff
Maintain detailed knowledge of, and monitor compliance with, Apricot documentation and service delivery benchmarks for grant reporting
Participate in scheduled case consultation meetings with contracted community partners
Attend community meetings, workshops, and seminars for networking and information sharing
Attend community meetings, workshops, and seminars to network and share information
Provide support in crisis situations and facilitate client transfers to higher levels of care
Contribute to hiring, training, evaluating, and developing staff to ensure program success and organizational growth
Lead and co-facilitate both clinical and non-clinical groups
Maintain the continuing education units required for licensure and supervision
Qualifications
Master's Degree in Social Work with valid CA LCSW license
Experience in providing individual and group supervision to ACSWs, MSW interns, Case Managers, and staff with lived experience
1+ year of experience working in the non-profit sector
Demonstrated knowledge and commitment in delivering services and supervision through a trauma informed lens
Proven assertive, collaborative, and compassionate leadership skills
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Experience working with system-impacted youth and their caregivers
Experience in working with and maintaining relationships with referral sources such as Probation Officers, District Attorneys, Social Workers, and School Counselors
Demonstrated commitment to advancing social justice and addressing mental health issues, particularly those affecting system-involved youth
Preferred experience in restorative justice practices, leading groups, and alternative healing practices
Full computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, and Zoom
Knowledge of working within an electronic health record system (preferably Apricot)
Class "C" Driver's License, proof of insurance, and access to reliable transportation required
Compensation
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000
Generous paid PTO
