The Estimating Manager is responsible for supervising the quality and efficiency of estimates. They carry supervisory responsibilities including training, mentoring, coaching, and performance supervision of the Estimating Team. They report to the General Manager.
Responsibilities:
Build, mentor, train, and lead teams to deliver superior customer service with a focus on attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
Support the Operations Dept. by performing and developing accurate scopes of work for restoration projects utilizing Symbility and\or Xactimate.
Negotiate scopes of work directly with Third Party Administrators (TPAs) and adjusters.
Produces supplemental and comparative estimates.
Perform random reviews on previously uploaded estimates for accuracy and to use as a teaching tool to sharpen the skills of the estimators
Updates Estimating Protocols and Procedure Guidelines provided by TPAs and distributes to Estimating Team.
