The Brownfield Redevelopment Specialist will assist our real estate and municipal clients with brownfield restorations programs.
Responsibilities
Develop the brownfield restoration practice in Michigan and Ohio
Client development and communication
Grant administration
Formulating redevelopment scenarios
Evaluating benefits and redevelopment incentives
Preparing brownfield plans and tax credit applications
Qualifications
Two to five years' experience in brownfield investigation and/or consulting required
A minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree, or equivalent, required
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
