The candidate must be a detail-oriented, self-motivated individual responsible for the overall execution of the Security Education & Training (E&T) program related to Company and USG directives / requirements. The candidate will report to the Sr. Director of Security in Arlington, TX and will be responsible for developing, managing and providing security E&T materials/events for all D&S locations. Candidate will review practices and activities to ensure training requirements are compliant with directives and integration with other security and related programs. The candidate will work closely with Security personnel, Program staff and other internal customers to ensure all Security education and training needs are met. Candidate will participate in CAE USA Inc. self-inspection program and identify corrective actions and develop necessary training materials based on observations and trends/lessons learned identified. This position may also assist with investigations related to any security incidents.

Establish a robust Security Education Training and Awareness (SETA) Program.
The development and distribution of security education and awareness training, conducting special security events, supporting security self-inspections and audits, and investigating security incidents.
Ensure personnel are aware of proper Industrial Security procedures related to 32 CFR Part 117, Department of Defense (DoD) 5205.074 V1-4 and other customer specific security requirements.
Administers training program for the handling and safeguarding of classified and proprietary information
Assist with security incident investigations and prepare necessary training to preclude future occurrences.
Coordinate with program/project stakeholders, the Security Program Manager, CPSOs and other Security team members to identify training needs to ensure compliance with the overall CAE USA Inc. security program compliance.
Assist offsite locations to ensure personnel are properly trained to execute the security program effectively and maintain security compliance.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and work experience is required
Minimum 8 years direct/relevant experience
Demonstrated expertise in understanding, managing and administering the 32 CFR Part 117 and DoDM 5205.07 V 1-4. Knowledge of Intelligence Community Directives for SCI programs is desired.
DoD Secret Clearance eligibility with Investigation current within last 6 years
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret Clearance and all Special Program accesses
Must be well organized, willing to work in a team environment, be able to prioritize tasking, and perform in a multi-tasked and dynamic environment
Strong customer service, interpersonal, written and verbal communications are a must
Willing to work extended hours, in a fast paced, deadline driven environment in a variety of program areas
Willing to travel on company business (approximately 10%)
Completion of SAP Orientation, SAP Mid-level Course (CDSE) preferred
Competency level with Microsoft Office Suite programs
Ability to effectively communicate relevant information to program management and organizational leadership.

Security Responsibilities
Must comply with all company security and data protection / usage policies and procedures. Personally responsible for proper marking and handling of all information and materials, in any form. Shall not divulge any information, or afford access, to other employees not having a need-to-know. Shall not divulge information outside company without management approval. All government and proprietary information will be accessed and stored electronically on company provided resources.
Incumbent must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD Personal Security Clearance.
