Position: Digital Marketing Developer
Status: Full-time, 40 hours/week
Salary: $20-22/hour.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
Location: Spokane, WA - Hybrid
About this role: As a Digital Marketing Developer, you'll be at the heart of our digital strategy, driving communication through cutting-edge digital channels. You'll play a pivotal role in creating and implementing dynamic interactions via email, social media, and our website.
What you'll do: In this role, you will assist in deploying email communications to subscribers, readers, advertisers, and prospects, from creation through to delivery. You will launch campaigns via social media and other existing or emerging digital channels. Additionally, you will test, resolve, and deploy email communications through Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including making changes utilizing HTML. Your responsibilities will also include assisting in changes to all digital acquisition channels, including email, social media, and pay meter, using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. You will update, adjust, and deploy monthly and biweekly email creatives, and assist with adjustments, changes, tests, and updates to the digital pay meter. Participation in departmental and company meetings is required, where you will be an active and positive participant, fostering a creative and collaborative atmosphere. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
What you'll contribute to our team: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Basic to intermediate proficiency with HTML/CSS/JS. Technologically knowledgeable. Able to grasp new concepts quickly and efficiently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Superb organizational skills. Email management ability. Newspaper or media experience helpful.
