Physical Requirements The physical requirements of this position include: occasionally lifting, pushing, and/or pulling objects up to 25lbs; standing or walking with objects up to 25lbs; and sitting at a computer workstation for extended periods of time with repetitive motions (such as typing).
Shift Days; Monday through Friday; 8:00am – 5:00pm. Occasional evenings and weekends to meet business needs.
Job Summary UK HealthCare has an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Support Specialist to join our Hospital Administration team. In this crucial role, you will support the Chief Advanced Practice Officer, Chief Nursing Information Officer, and Chief Medical Information Officer, ensuring seamless administrative and clerical operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch administrative and clerical support to senior executives.
  • Manage administrative operations for various projects, including the Unified Communications Committee. Handle financial duties with precision and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Coordinate business office activities, including overseeing calendars, scheduling, and organizing internal/external meetings and logistics.
  • Schedule and manage business trips efficiently.
