Job Summary | The Patient Services Coordinator/UKHC will be responsible for front end coordination and intake pertaining to the patient visit and act as the lead for schedulers in this area. This includes problem solving, delegation, scheduling coordination of care for appointments including clinic, radiology, chemo, and radiation therapy, in addition to any other necessary appointments. This individual will perform all necessary patient registration and/or paper processing necessary for the patient registration, and appropriate reimbursement to be obtained by hospital and physicians; collects copays.
