Job Summary | UK Philanthropy & Alumni Engagement is seeking a qualified individual to serve as the Gift Accounting and Data Specialist in the Office of Gift Receiving. The Gift Receiving Gift Accounting and Data Specialist will report to the Director of Gift Receiving and be responsible for maintaining gift and data integrity for the University with a primary focus on gift recording and accounting, advancement fee processing and cash handling operations. This individual must have the ability to work quickly and accurately with detail in a busy environment with frequent calculating, a variety of interrelated tasks and sustained concentration. The Gift Accounting and Data Specialist will work cooperatively as a member of the Gift Receiving team to promote a positive work environment and model excellent customer service. Skills / Knowledge / Abilities | Working knowledge of gift cost center, fund, document and account reconciliation transactions in SAP. CRM database and reporting experience preferred. Proficient or higher ability in performing complex tasks in Microsoft Office Excel and Word. |
