Kimberly-Clark is looking for an ambitious, self-driven and talented individual to lead Responsible for leading governance to prioritize, allocate, and deploy Capital Engineering across KC business segments.

Role Accountabilities


  • Define global asset strategy in partnership with Global Value Stream

  • Responsible for setting budget allocation for Capital Engineering across KC in alignment with ABU goals, strategies, and priorities. 

  • Oversee Capital Engineering projects prioritization ensuring alignment to Value Stream strategy and local priorities.

  • Plan sustaining capital thoughtfully into the 3 to 5-year capital budget across KC

  • Oversee budget management and execution for Capital Engineering across KC in partnership with Treasury team within the budgeting and finance management process.

  • Support facilitation of Capital Governance process for K-C ensuring compliance with all CFI requirements for projects including post-project assessments.

  • Collaborate across functions to assist with project scope and timeline definition in compliance with standards, requirements, and benchmarks.

  • Drive strategic partnership with suppliers and contractors to drive maximum capital cost efficiency and ongoing ways of working optimization.

  • Support forward deployed teams to drive ‘significant’ capital installation when needed.

  • Ensure engineering standards are consistent with industry standards and that KC is driving capital efficiency on all projects.

Basic Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Engineering, or related field

  • At least 10 years of related work experience

  • Demonstrated expertise leading and delivering large-scale capital projects within budget and on time.

  • Experience in Project Management

  • Experience in implementing sustainable and environmental-efficient solutions.

  • Advanced understanding of engineering principles in manufacturing and production facilities

  • Proficient knowledge of global manufacturing (CPG) trends and best practices in capital project management

  • Strong financial acumen

  • Excellent leadership and team management capabilities​

  • Ability to lead and influence in a matrixed organization and hierarchy.

  • Effective, consistent global communications and stakeholder management skills

  • Willingness to travel for on-site assessments and collaboration with segments and ABUs globally (at least 25%)
