Gat Creek is seeking an experienced Vice President of Manufacturing to join our team. The Vice President of Manufacturing will plan, direct, coordinate, and oversee Gat Creeks manufacturing teams to produce the Companys products in a safe, cost-effective and efficient manner while adhering to the Companys quality standards. The Vice President of Manufacturing will be responsible for developing and implementing continuous process improvement and quality systems to meet current and future needs of the organization overseeing the safety, maintenance, quality and purchasing divisions.
Our ideal candidate will demonstrate a thorough knowledge of various manufacturing processes, such as lean manufacturing and process optimization, and possess excellent communication skills and be detail orientated.
Experience requirements include a minimum of 5+ years of industry-related manufacturing experience including three years of upper management.
