This role provides a unique opportunity to start at the entry level verifying paperwork from our restaurants and learning processes in the accounts payable and accounts receivable departments. The willingness to do a multitude of tasks ranging from running errands to helping when others take time off will be imperative to your success. Monday - Friday 40 Hours per week Pay per hour is based on capability starting at $17.00 per hour.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Verify paid outs, miscellaneous deposits, cash and credit card deposits. • Reconcile and collect customer charges. • Reconcile tax exempt tickets. • Greet customers. • Answer the phone. • Scan documents. • Distribute mail. • Reconcile and stuff accounts payable checks. • Enter accounts payable invoices. • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualified candidates should possess: • The ability to navigate efficiently in Microsoft programs such as Windows File Explorer, Word and Outlook. • Proficiency in Excel. • A positive upbeat attitude. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • The ability to work effectively with both employees and customers. • Strong attention to detail. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities to meet deadlines. • Ability to multi-task. • Ability to use scanner and copier efficiently. • Willingness to help others.
