Job Description:

Gadsden Water is currently accepting applications for both Laborers and Semi-Skilled Laborers.  These are full-time positions with Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance and Tier I – State of Alabama Retirement benefits.  A high school diploma, or GED, is required.  The entry pay for a Laborer is $16.00/hr., while a Semi-skilled Laborer’s starting pay is $19.00/hr. 

Experience in operating equipment and performing manual labor work or construction/maintenance work involving plumbing, water distribution or a related field is preferred. 

Applicants must possess and maintain a valid Alabama Driver License.  Semi-skilled Laborers must possess and maintain valid Class A or Class B Alabama Commercial Driver License, as well.
