We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Program Manager of Reporting and Analytics to join our Real Estate Construction Management team. This individual will play a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making processes by providing insightful reporting and advanced analytics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, reporting, and real estate construction management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality analytical solutions. Data Management and Analysis: •Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets related to real estate construction projects. •Develop and maintain databases and data systems necessary for reporting and analytics. •Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support decision-making processes. 2. Reporting: •Design, develop, and distribute regular and ad-hoc reports to stakeholders. •Create dashboards and visualizations to present data in a clear and actionable manner. •Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data used in reporting. 3. Performance Monitoring: •Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for construction projects and provide insights on performance metrics. •Conduct variance analysis and identify areas for improvement. •Support project teams with data-driven recommendations to optimize project outcomes. 4. Collaboration and Communication: •Work closely with project managers, construction teams, and other stakeholders to understand their reporting and analytical needs. •Communicate findings and insights effectively to non-technical audiences. •Provide training and support to team members on the use of analytical tools and data interpretation. 5. Strategic Planning: •Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans for data analytics and reporting within the construction management function. •Identify opportunities to leverage data and analytics to improve project delivery and efficiency. 6. Technology and Innovation: •Stay current with industry trends and advancements in data analytics, reporting tools, and construction management software. •Implement new technologies and methodologies to enhance reporting and analytics capabilities. QUALIFICATIONS•Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Real Estate, Construction Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. •Minimum of 7 years' of experience in data analytics, reporting, and/or real estate construction management. •Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, and advanced Excel. •Experience with business intelligence (BI) tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar. •Experience with cloud-based data platforms and big data technologies is preferred. •Certification in Project Management (PMP) or similar is preferred. •Familiarity with financial modeling and budgeting processes in construction projects. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. •Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. •Knowledge of construction management processes and project management principles. •Experience with cloud-based data platforms and big data technologies. •Certification in Project Management (PMP) or similar. •Familiarity with financial modeling and budgeting processes in construction projects. #LI-PJ1
