Job Description:

The recently renovated Embassy Suites Atlanta Buckhead is looking for an Engineer Supervisor to join their team! This beautiful property has 326 suites and is in the Buckhead fashion district between Lenox Mall, Phipps Plaza, and The Shoppes at Buckhead - just blocks from a MARTA rail station! As an Engineering Supervisor, you would be responsible for supervising and performing daily duties of the Property Operations staff to maintain the functionality and safety of the facility in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Ideal candidates for this position will have previous hotel engineering/ maintenance experience, at a property of similar size and of Hilton brand.

Shift Pattern:AM, PM and Overnight shifts as needed (weekend availability required)

Pay Rate: $20 - $21 per hour (final offer based on experience)

What will I be doing?

As an Engineering Supervisor, you would be responsible for supervising and performing daily duties of the Property Operations staff to maintain the functionality and safety of the facility in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Supervises and performs the duties of the Property Operations/Engineering staff
• Maintains the physical functionality of facility including guest rooms, public space and heart-of-the-house areas
• Assists Director/Manager in training, supervising, scheduling, and evaluating department staff
• Ensures staff compliance with all safety/loss prevention standards and regulations
• Special projects, as assigned
