We're passionate about empowering individuals to take control of their health by providing FDA-approved treatments and medical advice at the lowest cost possible. We are searching for a DTC Marketing Director who will be responsible for spearheading the development and execution of our direct-to-consumer marketing plan and strategy to drive brand and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated successful track record in marketing accomplishment in direct-to-consumer platforms, particularly in the digital healthcare space. You will have the opportunity to leverage the Besins Healthcare ecosystem for expertise and resources, fostering collaboration with corporate partners.
Required Expertise
Proven success in scaling DTC platforms, ideally with a focus on consumer healthcare
Cross functional team, agency and external partner management expertise

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing plan and strategy
Drive product development and strategy to increase membership, revenues, and profitability
Lead go-to-market efforts and project timelines in collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners
Driving performance on all performance-marketing channels such as Facebook, Google etc, as well as organic, direct and affiliate sources of revenue and traffic
Oversee operation of own websites, app(s), content platform(s) and any other digital D2C initiatives
Deliver customer delight through on-site and off-site interventions
Manage P&L, define and execute essential KPIs
Collaborate across the company to shape the product vision, with an uncompromising focus on customer experience.

Qualifications
Proven commercial success in DTC and operationally complex environments.
Strategic thinker with excellent go-to-market and product instincts
Demonstrated success in developing and driving product success utilizing broad social media channels
Ability to quickly establish effective relationships with internal team members and external partners
Strong EQ, and a collaborative approach
Healthcare industry experience highly desirable
Exceptional communication and individual leadership skills
