Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with business partners to comprehend the informational needs of end users.
Design and implement reporting and visualization solutions that transform raw data into critical information, driving sound business decisions.
Develop comprehensive data set documentation, BI reports, dashboards, and insights reporting.
Utilize advanced-level calculations to extract meaningful insights from data sets.
Create and fine-tune Power BI data models to optimize performance and clarity.
Serve as a key communicator with clients and internal stakeholders, effectively conveying complex data concepts.
Qualifications:
Experience with PowerBI and dashboards
Demonstrated ability to manage, manipulate, and validate large data sets from various systems.
Experience engaging with non-technical stakeholders, addressing their needs amidst ambiguous and evolving priorities.
Ability to work on-site 2-3 days per week
Ability to work on a W-2 without sponsorship (no 1099/C2C eligibility)
