About the Role: As an IT Budget & Sourcing Analyst, you'll be at the heart of our IT operations, playing a crucial role in managing and optimizing our IT budgets and sourcing strategies. Your insights and analysis will directly impact the financial performance of our IT initiatives and help drive cost-efficiency across the department.
Key Responsibilities:
Budget Management: Collaborate with IT and business leaders to create and manage IT Capital and Operation and Maintenance budgets. Forecast expenses, allocate funds to projects, and align financial resources with organizational goals.
Financial Analysis: Track and analyze IT expenditures, identify variances, and provide insights into the financial performance of IT initiatives.
Forecasting: Predict future financial needs based on upcoming IT projects and business requirements to assist IT leaders in planning resource allocation and budget adjustments.
Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements within the IT department by analyzing vendor contracts and proposing cost-effective strategies.
Contract Management: Track IT software licensing, manage contract lifecycles, and assist in negotiating contracts and pricing with IT vendors.
Invoice Reconciliation: Track and reconcile various IT invoices, including those associated with the company's telecommunication service providers.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
4+ years of relevant experience.
High level of initiative and professionalism with strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with moderate-to-strong technical competencies.
