Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Production Assistant to join our production team. The Production Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting various aspects of production, ensuring seamless operations and contributing to the overall success of our projects. The Production Assistant will be required to work in office 5 days a week.
Responsibilities:
Assist in coordinating logistics for production activities.
Support the production team by updating project software management.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines effectively.
Assist in record-keeping and documentation related to production activities.
Collaborate with team members to address operational issues and provide timely solutions.
Maintain and update operational documents, records, and databases.
Assist in preparing and creating quotations, cost sheets, and related documents.
Assist in ensuring timely client follow-up.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a production environment or related field is preferred.
Knowledge of production processes and terminology.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
