A professional services firm in New Jersey is currently seeking a new Product Manager to join their growing team.
Responsibilities: The Product Manager will be responsible for:
End to end preparation of relevant product release materials including release summaries, release messages and relevant product websites
Designing and continuously improving he release materials process and framework required to enable release materials planning and delivery
Developing and maintaining strong subject matter understanding of the products in the Audit portfolio
Engaging with documentation owners and guidance professionals to drive design, development and packaging of required product publications, aligned and integrated within the overall product release cycle and schedule for a given release milestone
Managing the gathering of release materials and documentation scope (Baseline)
Leading the solicitation of inputs for key deliverable-level planning details (i.e., deliverables by category including, owner, action, completion / publish timing, format, resource requirements etc.)
Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
2+ years of relevant work experience
Bachelor's Degree
Experience working with preparation technical documentation- focused on technology product documentation / content management
Project Management experience
Microsoft Office proficient (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio) and project management tools
Working with Microsoft SharePoint document management system and Microsoft Teams collaboration
Solid problem solving and time management skills
Great interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
