SCCM and Patching Specialist
Location: Hybrid onsite (Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays) in Energy Corridor, Houston, TX
Overview:
Seeking an experienced SCCM and Patching Specialist to manage our System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) infrastructure and oversee patch management. This role ensures system stability, security, and compliance through efficient software distribution and timely patch deployment.
Responsibilities:
- Administer SCCM infrastructure for software deployment and endpoint management.
- Design and implement SCCM configurations and policies.
- Execute patch management activities to deploy security updates promptly.
- Monitor and optimize SCCM environment performance.
- Collaborate with IT teams for integration and alignment with organizational goals.
- Document SCCM configurations and procedures for compliance.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of SCCM administration and patch management experience.
- Proficiency in SCCM configurations, patch deployment strategies, and Windows OS.
- Strong scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell) for automation.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
